Reply:I read a book every now and then. I do make it a point not to read story books in school because nobody else does. But I love reading and I do read at home or at the library...where no-one from my school can see me. ^_^





Reading books can give you different perspectives and different ways to view the world. It's also a great way to escape from reality.

People like to give me a lot of **** about it but when they do I just remind them that at least I can read unlike themselves.

Well I really don't care if is cool or not reading makes me happy. It makes me feel like I have my own little private world to myself sitting inside the book.

Why does what other people think matter so much?


I think its sad and kind of pathetic that some people hide that they read. Your reading what is wrong with it.
Reply:I read a lot. But i have a hard time finding things to read that get me going. I like fantasy but it has to been well written to hook me, i also like S. King. I hated reading in school, because the books did not hook me. I don't care if reading is "cool" the pictures in my head are much better than TV/movies. I have read 19 long books since Aug 2007.

In my class the teacher had to shout and get mad for us to put down our books, I'm not exaggerating really.


I'm just in a class that always have a book everywhere we go even to camps.
Reply:I do read a lot, in fact I finished 3 and a half books in the last 4 days. I don't really consider what other people think about it, if I enjoy it, then I enjoy it. Their opinion, being their opinion and not mine, is really irrelevant. Reading is a lot of fun for me, all kinds of new and different worlds and characters to explore and escape into.
Reply:i read all the time. i'll get a thick book in the morning and be done with it by that night. i really enjoy reading. but i also read because i have no life outside of my books.
Reply:I really read a lost since when I was a kid and up to now! :) I really dont understand some people who dont get themeselves a good book to read but instead they just throw or rip them thats really rude.! maybe because of the lack of concentration and imagination :D Lol!


and they think if they read they become nerd but its not true! reading are just part of our life! eehehe! well thats just my opinion! :D
