If you like murder mystery with a little romance try Johnathan Kellerman or Dean Koontz.
Reply:MEG CABOT!!!! You will NOT be let down!
Reply:You may enjoy either Julie Garwood or Linda Howard. Both write really good novels.

If you haven't read them, I'd highly recommend the books by Richard Paul Evans like Finding Noel and others.

Another author whose works I enjoy is Catherine Coulter. She has been writing an excellent FBI mystery series lately, but she has also written some wonderful historical romances.

Some other good romance writers include Mary Jo Putney, Patricia Veryan, Loretta Chase, Jo Beverley, Johanna Lindsey, Christina Skye (her Draycott Abbey romantic suspense books are really good), Carola Dunn, Dorothy Garlock, Jayne Ann Krentz (who writes historical romances as Amanda Quick), Georgette Heyer, Mary Balogh, Carla Kelly, Lynn Kerstan, Emma Lange and others.

If you enjoy classics, I'd recommend all of Jane Austen's novels (especially Pride and Prejudice and Persuasion), Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte, Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte, The Tenant of Wildfell Hall by Anne Bronte, Wives and Daughters by Elizabeth Gaskell, Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier, Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell, Vanity Fair by William Makepeace Thackeray or one of the books by Fanny Burney (like Camilla).

I hope this helps.
Reply:Janet Evanovich

Nobody's Baby But Mine by Susan Elizabeth Phillips (the rest in that series are good, but this one is my favorite)

Debbie Macomber

Diana Galbadon

Eat. Pray. Love. by Elizabeth Gilbert

Ride the Wind by Lucia St Clair Robson

The Eight by Katherine Neville

The Red Tent by Anita Diamant
