Any of them would probably fit the bill. They'll probably all cover the same stuff. I would probably take your list and ask someone at a music store first though.





Here's some additional advice: The clicking to go to a question is really annoying. Just retype or copy paste it. Secondly, the clicking through 3 links to books is also annoying. If you want people to bother, just list the author and title of the book, not everyone is going to waste their time clicking additional links.
